- This is a Master Card powered prepaid debit card

- Will not work outside US
- PIN required after swipe at card reader (From my personal experience)
- Google will get data about customer spending
Updated this short answer to "May be" as of 12/18/13. Transferring money to people with google wallet via email is so easy and 100% free if you use your bank account or wallet balance.
